The Journey
I believe in providing a space where my clients can cultivate a committed relationship with strength training and a balanced, realistic approach to nutrition. My goal is to set a foundation that improves health long term, knowing there are no quick fixes. I am a certified personal trainer through The International Sports Sciences Association for both personal training & nutrition coaching. I continue to push myself to grow, learn, and evolve so I am always able to bring the best coaching to my clients. I look forward to seeing if I can help you on your fitness journey!

To prepare for a milestone birthday, I began working with Lynnette to balance my muscle structure and increase strength. In my fitness journey leading up to meeting with her, I worked out consistently for almost 10 years but it was variety of exercise classes with no objectives to measure success. Lynnette helped define my fitness goals, and then used tools to track my progress so we can guarantee results in my effort. Not only did she create a structured individual workout she also positively influenced my overall health by reviewing my nutrition and sleep habits. We also integrated intermittent fasting for hormonal health as I am approach menopause which I felt my be hindering my progress.
During this past year, I truly feel better from the inside out. I am so pleased with my results and thankful for Lynnette’s commitment to clients for their health and wellness.

The best thing I did was reach out to Lynnette for personal training. I have never felt stronger, healthier, and happier. Being a stay at home mom I happily placed my time into my children, but decided now that they are grown to give time back to myself. I was use to exercising but never got myself to stick with weight loss or be completely happy with my body. Slightly nervous, I approached LV and began training. Today I am very confident and for the first time comfortable in my body. I feel stronger every day but am not done, I know I am capable of achieving more.

As a busy, working mom of two little boys it is difficult for me to make time for myself. Training with Lynnette has allowed me to remain accountable with my workouts. She is not only an amazing trainer, but a great person! She is so knowledgeable not only about the workouts, but nutrition as well. She will always give you an honest answer to your questions, and set attainable goals for you! She has taught me so much and always pushes me to go the extra mile. While training with Lynnette I have learned that as a mother, it is so important that I take the extra time for myself because it will not only help with my mental and physical help now, but it will set the path for my future self!
